1. Application & Invitation Policy

Attendance is application-based and invite-only.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
All applicants will receive a decision via email within the stated review timeline.
Only individuals who receive an official acceptance email may register.
Audnise Collective reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with the events purpose, values, or curation criteria.

2. Registration Policy

Accepted applicants must complete registration and full payment by the stated deadline.
Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-confirmed basis for accepted applicants.
Failure to register by the deadline may result in the spot being offered to a waitlisted applicant.
Registration is non-transferable unless approved by the Audnise Collective team.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited-capacity and curated nature of the event, all registration fees are non-refundable.
Attendees may request a name change up to 3 days before the event, subject to approval.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.
If the event is canceled entirely, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

4. Code of Conduct

The Social Circle Connects is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
All participants are expected to:

Engage with professionalism and respect.
Refrain from discriminatory or harassing behavior of any kind.
Maintain confidentiality in sessions where personal or professional stories may be shared.
Respect the boundaries of other attendees during networking and social events.

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography, Video & Media Policy

By attending, participants grant Audnise Collective permission to capture and use photography, video, and audio for promotional and archival purposes.

Attendees may not:

Record full sessions without written permission.
Livestream or distribute session content.
Use event content for commercial purposes without approval.

Media inquiries must be submitted in advance.

6. Security & Badge Access

Credentials (badges, wristbands, etc.) must be worn at all times.
Only registered attendees may access programming spaces.
Security personnel may conduct bag checks or ID verification as needed.

7. Accessibility & Accommodations

Audnise Collective is committed to creating an accessible experience for all attendees.
Accommodation requests can be submitted during registration and will be honored to the fullest extent possible.

8. Health & Safety Policy

Attendees must follow all venue-specific and city-mandated health guidelines.
If an attendee becomes ill before the event, they are encouraged to notify the Audnise Collective team to explore transfer options (subject to policy and timing).
Audnise Collective reserves the right to implement additional safety protocols as needed.

9. Programming & Schedule Changes

The event schedule, speakers, and session offerings are subject to change. Any significant updates will be communicated via email and/or the event app.

10. Partnership, Sponsor & Speaker Policies

Speakers and partners must adhere to all event values, diversity standards, and professionalism expectations.
Promotional materials must be approved by the Audnise Collective team.
No unauthorized distribution of materials is permitted.

11. Harassment & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Audnise Collective maintains a zero-tolerance stance on:

Harassment
Discrimination
Hate speech
Aggressive behavior
Unwelcome solicitation

Immediate removal may occur for violations.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and attending the Social Circle Connects, participants acknowledge and agree to these event policies.
