Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Audnise Collective. We value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality, strategic support tailored to your organization’s event and marketing goals. Please review the following purchase policy before booking: Deep Dive Strategy Session Payment is due in full at the time of booking. This session does not include a discovery or consultation call prior to the meeting. Clients will complete a brief pre-session intake form to ensure a productive and personalized experience. Sessions are 90 minutes and conducted virtually. A summary report and applicable resources will be delivered within 2-3 business days following the session. Sessions are non-refundable and may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Hourly Support & Strategic Retainer Both the Hourly and Retainer options include an initial consultation to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations. Payment is required in advance to secure services. For Hourly Support, time is tracked and reported with transparency. A minimum of 2 hours is required per request. For Retainers: A 3-month commitment is required. Monthly payment is due on the 1st of each month and is non-refundable. Unused hours do not roll over month to month. Additional hours beyond the included time will be billed at the stated hourly rate of $100/per hour.
